Cancellation policy: no fees if cancelled 5 days before arrival, if cancelled after 5 days, 100% of the amount will be charged.
*Except from 12/24 to 01/05, from 02/1 to 03/07, from 2 to 5 April, from 27 July to 31 August and from 9 to 11 October without costs if cancelled 21 days before arrival, if cancelled between 8 and 21 days before, 50% of the reservation will be charged and if cancelled between 1 and 7 days before arrival, 75% of the total will be charged.
Ski Getaway: no fees if cancelled 7 days before arrival, if cancelled after 7 days 100% of the amount will be charged.
Failure to show up at the hotel will result in a penalty of 100% of the total reservation.”
*If the rate or offer is non-refundable, the total will be invoiced at the time of booking, in the event of cancellation the amount will not be refunded.
Tourist tax: From stays on 01/07/22, the reservation price does not include the tourist tax of €1.57 per person per day (maximum 7 days) for those over 16 years old, to be paid directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.
